The Pomodoro Technique

Time management is an essential skill that everyone needs in the modern world. With such a hectic pace, we are now counting each minute of the day and it wouldn’t be a surprise if we start thinking about managing the seconds of each minute.

Once you become a master of time management, you will find that your job and your personal life will be balanced. This is the reason why we are going to be talking about an amazing technique to help you make the most out of your day.

The Pomodoro technique is very easy to implement and all you need is a stopwatch. The idea is to work for 25 minutes without interruptions and distractions, then you can take a 5-minute break, and then you start working again.

A good layout for your workflow could be:

  • 25 minutes of work
  • 5 minute break
  • 25 minutes of work
  • 5 minute break
  • 25minutes of work
  • 5 minute break
  • 25 minutes of work
  • 15 minute break

Once you get used to this strategy, you will find that your work hours are spent in a more productive way.
